in the presence of rescued animals
Sunset Yoga is unfortunately over for the year due to weather being too cold and wet to do yoga outside. Sign up for our newsletter below to be the first to hear about next year’s classes as soon as they’re scheduled!
We hope to see you soon for a volunteer day soon!
Meet your instructor
Lauren Lockey
Instructor & Co-Founder
With over two decades of experience under her belt, Lauren stands as a beacon of wellness wisdom. She’s not just about fitness; she’s your go-to guide for unlocking the secrets of mind-body harmony through movement, exercise, yoga, plant-based nutrition, meditation, breathwork, and mental wellness. She also explores the profound healing and freedom that comes from being around rescued animals, helping others discover self-acceptance while mirroring the joy, love, and compassion that is within all of us.
With a heart continually nurtured by her own journey of self-discovery, Lauren’s approach is as compassionate as it is effective, tailored to meet diverse needs and skill levels. Her mission? Empowerment, pure and simple!
When it comes to physical activities, Lauren’s a powerhouse. Running, yoga, hiking, cross-country skiing, paddleboarding, and weight training are her go-to’s. When she’s not working or helping others transform their well-being, you’ll likely find her tending to her beloved animal sanctuary, Sage Mountain, experiencing the healing presence of rescued animals, chasing serenity with her pups amidst the breathtaking peaks of Park City, planning her next travel adventure, playing music, or spending time with friends and family.
“Sage Mountain is such a treasure, with endless gifts of love and care for the community given by it’s staff and furry and feathered residents. I especially love the wine down yoga and hanging with everyone amidst the gorgeous sunset and setting”
